Point of Interest: Your Guide to Managing Important Locations

1. Executive Summary

This report introduces the Point of Interest (POI) feature, a powerful tool designed to help you easily mark, save, and manage important geographical locations within the system. Instead of constantly searching for addresses or coordinates, you can now define key places like offices, warehouses, client sites, or common stops once and use them repeatedly. This streamlines your operations, improves accuracy in route planning, and provides quick access to locations vital for your business. By centralizing location data, the POI feature saves you time, reduces errors, and gives you a clear overview of your essential places.

2. Introduction

In today's fast-paced environment, efficiently managing and tracking your critical locations is paramount. Have you ever struggled with inconsistent addresses, repetitive data entry for frequently visited sites, or difficulties coordinating routes for your team? The Point of Interest (POI) feature is built to solve these exact challenges.

Its purpose is to provide you with a central hub to define, store, and manage any significant geographical point. Think of a Point of Interest as a digital bookmark for a real-world location. By giving these locations a clear name and precise coordinates, you can use them for everything from planning efficient routes and scheduling tasks to quickly navigating to important sites. This feature transforms how you interact with location data, making your daily operations smoother and more reliable.
