Getting Started

1. Log in: Open the Delivery App and log in with your credentials.
2. Select your vehicle: Go to first vehicle list to select your vehicle
3. Turn Duty On: Then make sure driver status duty on.
4. Select your trip: You will move to the trip selection then select your trip.
5. Access Order Manifest: Click the menu icon (three lines) on the main screen or Navigator page, and then select "Order Manifest" to view your orders.
6. Start Trip: On the Order Manifest screen, click the "Start Trip" button (if available) to begin your trip. Note: The "Start" button will appear for a scheduled trip if your internet connection is stable. If it doesn't appear, restart the app, clear the cache, or contact support.

Key Features You'll Use

• "Start Trip" Button: Initiates your delivery trip. Ensure your internet connection is stable before starting.
• "Reached for Pickup" Buttons: Click these when you arrive at each merchant location to log your arrival time (See Screenshot 3).
• Order Details: Tap on an order to view key delivery and trip information. If tapping on an order does not open the details screen, the app may display an error message or refresh the UI to ensure the details are displayed.
• "Cash Received" Button: Appears for COD orders after marking the delivery as reached. Confirm cash receipt before proceeding (See Screenshot 5).
• "Deliver Order" Button: Click to complete the delivery after all requirements are met (e.g., cash received for COD orders).
• "Call" Button: Located on the Order Manifest screen, allows you to directly contact dispatch (See Screenshot 6).
• "End Trip" Button: Completes your trip after all pickups and deliveries are finished. The "End Trip" button will become visible only after all merchant collections and customer deliveries are completed (See Screenshot 1).

• Starting a Trip: After logging in and selecting your trip, access the Order Manifest and click "Start Trip" to begin.
• Arriving at a Merchant: Once the trip commences, the screen will display "Reached for Pickup" buttons for all merchants. Users are required to click these buttons upon arrival at the merchant location, which will then record the time of arrival.
• Handling COD Orders: For COD orders, a "Cash Received" button appears on the screen once the delivery is marked as reached. Users must confirm receipt of cash prior to clicking "Deliver Order."

• Ending a Trip: After completing all deliveries, navigate to the Order Manifest screen. The "End Trip" button will become visible once all merchant collections and customer deliveries are completed.
